The Goodfield Foundation is a nonprofit 501c3 organization that enriches the lives of residents in LIV Development communities through dynamic programs, events, and service opportunities that create community and enhance personal wellness.
Since 2013, we have modeled the importance of community and the fulfillment that comes from building life-giving relationships. Our programs support personal growth and connect people through social and philanthropic activities.

Goodfield Teams
Teams live onsite with a sole mission to connect, guide, encourage, and serve their neighbors. They help facilitate social gatherings and philanthropic events to build relationships and strengthen the community. Goodfield teams support residents in challenging times and promote the work of the Foundation.
Ramsey+
Ramsey+ is a toolkit to help you take control of your money. Goodfield provides a free Ramsey+ membership which includes dynamic resources and budgeting tools designed to give you a proven path to getting out of debt, saving money, and living a life free of financial stress.
Ferst Readers
Ferst Readers provides free books every month for children from birth to five years old. Ferst Readers’ mission is to strengthen communities by providing quality books and literacy resources for children
Resident Care
Resident Care provides financial support for residents and employees who are facing emergencies or major life events. Whether it is a temporary job interruption, auto accident, medical emergency, or natural disaster, Resident Care provides qualified applicants with support during a difficult time.
Talkspace
Talkspace offers self-guided mental health support for individuals, couples, and families. Goodfield provides a free membership to Talkspace on-demand programming.
