How Many Flowers tO BUY

A good rule of thumb is 10–15 stems per person total

RECOMMENDED FLOWER MIX

Avoid offering too many choices. Four to six flower varieties create plenty of design options without overwhelming participants.

Focal Flowers (30%)

These are the larger flowers that become the centerpiece of arrangements.

Examples: Rose; Gerbera Daisy; Carnation; Sunflower; Hydrangea

Plan for: 3–4 focal stems per resident

Secondary Flowers (40%)

These provide color and volume.

Examples: Alstroemeria; Spray Rose; Chrysanthemum; Stock

Plan for: 4–6 stems per resident

Fillers and Greenery (30%)

These make arrangements look full and professional.

Examples: Baby's Breath; Limonium; Eucalyptus; Ruscus; Leatherleaf Fern

Plan for: 3–5 stems per resident
